For everything from a balance question to a scam report, email is the fastest way to reach the desk. We read every message and reply from a real person. No autoresponders, no ticket numbers.

What to put in the subject line
- Balance / usage for checking or using a card
- CARD Act for federal consumer protection questions
- Lost or stolen for steps after a missing card
- Scam report with a short description of what happened
- Online redemption for issues at an online checkout
- Correction / feedback with the page URL and sentence
What we can't do: we have no access to any gift card issuer's systems. That means we can't check balances, process replacements, or recover funds. We provide general consumer information only.
